Terms for Returning Goods:
Dynamite Gear products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, the product must be unworn, unused and unwashed. The original tags and packaging of the product must be completely intact.
Instructions regarding return labels will be communicated to the customer on the email they provide once purchase of goods is finalized.
Non-returnable items:
In the interest of health and safety, certain products cannot be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is open, even if they are new. These include: - Undergarments - Mouth guards - Compression wear - Protective cups and other items of intimate use
Terms for Exchange of Goods
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Items must be sent back unused, in the condition in which they were received. For exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges for the products.
Simply fill out the RMA form stating the reason for return/exchange. The returns will be processed within 5 business days after arrival at our warehouse.This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that can occur while using the product. Please ensure products are sent to the right address:

Terms for Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds on goods will only be eligible once your product has been returned and inspected to be in its original condition and packaging, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. You will be informed via email on the status of the refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If it is not approved, the customer will be informed via email. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement,
